Texas Projects

1.Texas High School Projects:

The Texas High School Project (THSP) is a unique public-private alliance dedicated to significantly improving the postsecondary readiness of low-income students with a focus on students in low-performing schools. THSP’s initial strategy was to support the creation of new innovative reform models, including Early College High Schools and T-STEM Academies, as well as the redesign of existing comprehensive high schools. As the models have matured and shown some early promising results, THSP’s approach has evolved, now focusing on four major impact areas: learning systems, teacher effectiveness, education leadership, and performance management.

2.T-STEM:

The purpose of T-STEM is to increase student performance and career awareness in the area of STEM by linking schools, universities, centers, organizations and businesses with valuable resources and tools associated with best practices in STEM education.
