Before Opening Day: (entry deadline is midnight March 26th)
Using the Selection Worksheet
Select One (1) MLB Player from "Group A"
Select One (1) MLB Player from "Group B"
Select Two (2) MLB Players from "Group C"
Select any Four (4) "Other" MLB players which are NOT listed in Group A, B, or C
Rule 3: Pre-select an alternative non-Group-A-B-C player that you can exchange for one of your underperforming "Other" players during the all-star break.
You must confirm your Rule 3 replacement by midnight, July 17th
At The All-Star Break:
Rule 5: If, at the all-star break, you have a Group A, B, or C player on the disabled list, you can exchange him for another player from the same Group level. Only one exchange allowed. There will be a $5.00 fee for this exchange. This fee goes directly into the prize fund.

Selected players remain on your roster for the entire season, regardless of:
Injury / disabled list / drug suspension
Trade to another MLB team (Stats from old and new teams will be combined)
Player sent to minor league or released (MLB Stats only)
Contractual difficulties
Any other situations including "Acts of God"
Congressional hearings, jail time, etc.
Exceptions: see Rule #3 & Rule #5
Note regarding Selection Rules 3 & 5: only home runs hit after the all-star break by the new player will be added to your original player's home runs.
Stats from any "Play-in" or "Playoff" games will not be counted. Final stats are based on "regular season" games only.
