I earned my PhD in Materials Physics under supervision of Mahmoud I. Hussein (pioneer in the filed of phononics) from Ann and H. J. Smead Aerospace Engineering Sciences Department at the University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder). Before that, I obtained my MSc in Civil (Structural) Engineering from the University of New Mexico and I did my undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Tehran, Iran.

As I traveled longer distances, the scale of the problems I studied became smaller down to the atmoic scales. In the following subpages, I have provided a summary of my research as well as my accomplishments. For more detailed information, you can download my CV.
