This Ingersol Rand POV-2 oil engine is being recovered for display In a museum
in Coal Harbour BC. Canada. This engine was donated by Shearwater Marine Group
This recovery has been made possible by co-operation from Helifor Canada Corp,
Canadian Air Crane and Aquasea Industries ltd. This engine/compressor was used
in a open pit limestone quarry located in the central coast of BC. The limestone
was used at the pulp mill at Ocean Falls, BC. The first stage of the recovery was
to the Helifor barge located near Eberts Cove, Moses Inlet, and the second from
there past Cape Scott to Quatsino Sound, then to Coal Harbour, by landing craft.
