Our experienced dietician works together with our team at Hornsby Station Medical practice in managing Clients with Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disease, Hyperlipidaemia, Hypertension, Weight management, Nutrition Support, Osteoporosis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Cancer, Maternal and Infant Nutrition.

Services : Provides Nutritional Assessment and Recommendation for Individual and provide typed report for their Medical Practitioner after Initial Consultation or any time of significant change in the client’s condition

Languages : English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Working hours : Thurs & Sat mornings fortnightly (by Appointment only)

Payment Schedule : Bulk-billing only applied for EPC Care plan, Private Health Fund with MBF, Medibank Private, HCF, HBA
