Program and Event Coordinators

PAC is a group of parents dedicated to supporting the Hawks View community. We raise money to fund classrooms and field trips; and we fund and put on events such as Bingo Night, Reading Night, Math Night, the talent show, 5^th grade promotion, and clubs. This is enrichment that every student in the school benefits from. We are entirely volunteer led and run. At the moment we have 9 board members and maybe 2 active helpers that do it all, and we need more help. Would you please consider stepping in and helping us make this happen? We have opportunities for everyone—if you stay at home, if you work, if you have tiny babies and toddlers, if you have a lot of time to give, if you have very little time to give—we can use you! Below is a list of programs and events that need coordinators and volunteers. At the bottom of this page is a document with detailed descriptions of every opportunity to coordinate or just volunteer.

If just half of Hawks View's families committed to helping with just one program or event in the year, we'd be covered.
