Bio

Hoon Lee is an Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering and AI Graduate School at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), Ulsan, South Korea. He received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2012 and 2017. In 2018, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore, respectively.  From 2019 to 2023, he was with Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea. His research interests include machine learning and signal processing for wireless communications such as decentralized network management, semantic communication, and satellite networks.
