I am currently a modeler in North Central Texas Council of Government (NCTCOG). Previously I was a Research Associate at NEXTRANS Center, Purdue University. Before joined Purdue, I was a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona. I am a Professional Engineer licensed in Arizona.
I have conduced various projects sponsored by state and federal agencies, including Federal Highway Administration, TRB SHRP 2. My research focus is network modeling and optimization. My research interests include the following topics.
