Question: What is the Korean coach’s role in working with the Korean student?

Answer: Each student will have a Korean coach who will contact the students typically once a week (or sometimes several times a week for the first two weeks) to make sure that the following objectives are being accomplished: 

• Language learning methods are being effectively applied. 

• Daily schedule is being followed. 

• Good attitude and perspective is maintained. 

• Adjustment to language, culture and food is taking place without difficulty. 

The coach will effectively guide the student to making the most of the home stay experience, while resolving any troubles or challenges that might come up.
