 Important Information/Tip-----In most of Real Estate Transactions, buyer has 17 days to complete all type of investigations, like Home Inspection, Termite inspection, Environmental Survey, Radon Test,Lead based paint test,  and all other kinds of inspections as per buyers wish.

The period of 17 days start from the day of acceptance of offer or counter offer.

Once you get reports, discuss with agent, You can list what are important repairs for you. Your agent can make a repair request, negotiate repairs with seller. All the agreed repairs should be complete in a timely manner. Once repairs are done, send Home Inspector / Termite Inspector for reinspection to make sure repairs are completely done.

Our recommendation is please complete all investigations asap, do not wait for last moment.
