A Catholic Kindergarten and Primary School

Holy Cross Academy opened its doors in January 2013 and was officially registered by the Ministry of Education in 2014. Holy Cross Academy offers an 8-4-4 primary curriculum from Reception class to Class 8. The new competence based system is running now from PP1 to Grade 3.

Holy cross Academy is a Catholic School and follows the traditional teaching of the Roman Catholic Church.

“To restore everything in Christ”

This was the motto of the Pope St. Pius X who was a Pope since 1903 to 1914.

Like him, Holy Cross Academy endeavours to place the pupils' souls in Christ's Heart:

· educating their intelligence, by teaching them the knowledge of God and of His creatures in the various sciences;

· educating their heart, by giving them a strong love of God and of His Commandments;

· educating their will, by a good discipline at school.

For that purpose, Holy Cross Academy has a team of priests, sisters and teachers already trained to give the best education to the children in a Catholic environment. On top of all the subjects required by the curriculum of the Kenyan Education Ministry, the children also receive daily Catholic teachings.

To restore everything in Christ is the best way to lay the foundation for the next Kenyan generation.
