Miscellaneous about me

I am Ho Anh Van, from Vietnam. I was born 1984, the year of Mouse and people holding this zodiac designation are considered to be disciplined, systematic, hardworking. The interesting thing about my name as it means literature because my father is a teacher of literature. When I was small, my father used to want me to be an artist because I was good at art, such as painting. However, I decided my future career as an engineer after I had been inspired by technology after reading Doraemon. I chose Hanoi University of Technology, for my undergraduate in the department of Industrial Automation. To fulfill my aim of becoming an expert in robotics, I came to Ritsmeikan Univ to study master and doctor course in robotics. I have been learning much knowledge here while conducting my research about dexterous manipulation under supervision of Professor Hirai. After graduation, I plan to continue conducting research on robotics as I want to devote my research ability, commitment to serve the society with best innovating technology.
