Welcome to Crosswinds, a marina community on beautiful Lake Chautauqua. A place to relax, have fun, socialize with wonderful neighbors and enjoy the surrounding area and lake.

Every homeowner enjoys a great view of the lake, we have our own private marina, tennis and pickleball courts, our own water and sewer systems and a central social hot spot we call the Gazebo. We are a social and environmentally responsible community; we focus on fun with a serious attitude when it comes to preserving our community and lake.

Whether you are an existing resident or a potential home buyer, we've posted all sorts of information on this website to help your experience at Crosswinds be as enjoyable as possible.
