I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara, working with Todd Squires in Chemical Engineering.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics at the University of California, San Diego, in the research group headed by David Saintillan. Although it culminated in San Diego, I originally started graduate school at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, before the prospect of a polar vortex drove David (and his research group) down to the sunny shores of La Jolla.
Prior to Illinois, I was an undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology - Karnataka, in the beautiful beach town of Surathkal in India.
