團隊營運管理報告

1.我們是如何組隊的?組成隊伍的原因。

1.How do we make a team?The reason why do we have to make a team.

A:我們是一群喜歡玩樂高機器人的同學,所以聚集在一起學習,並打算去比賽。

A:We are a group of kids like to play lego robots. We formed this team and will to join the robotic competition.

2.我們是如何訓練的?(同題3~5)

2.How do we train?

A:明u恥國小的社團同學每天中午和早上來訓練,其他學校利用假日一起會合,形成團隊訓練。

A:The schoolmates from this organization of Ming Chi primary school train every morning and afternoon , on weekends, we meet up with other schools to form a training group.

A:在明恥國小多媒體教室。(花蓮市)

A:In Ming-Chi Primary school's multimedia classroom.(hualien City)

4.我們uu練的時間。

4.Our training time.

A: 早上或中午或放學後,或是利用一些假日時間。

A In the morning, noon or after school.Or some other weekend.

5.我們訓練使用的設備。

5.Our training equipment.

A:電腦、樂高機器人、單槍投影機、網路、製作道具的美工器具。

A:A computer、a lego robot、an overhead projector、the Internet and tools needed for making the props.

6.隊員成員的背景。

A:國中小學生

A:Students from both primary school and junior high school.

7.隊員的分工狀態。

7. Team members' working state or their individual jobs.

A:有的人做地形模型;有的人做機器人,有的負責報告、資料收集。

A:Some people do the landscape model; some people make the robot; and the others are responsible of reporting or collecting information.

8.協助我們的其他人。(家長、專家學者、學校機構、聯誼活動)

8.The other people that support us. (parents、specialist、school organizations、teamed activities)

A:家長有贊助我們經費,另外花蓮也有兩位機器人教室的老師也有贊助經費和場地並提供機器人指導,台南的林老師有提供設備、商標、還有一些機器人有關的諮詢。

A:The parents supported us with money.

The guardian has supports us the funds, moreover Hualian also has two robot classroom teacher also to have the support funds and the location and provides the robot instruction, Tainan's Mr./Mrs. Lin has provides the equipment, the trademark, also to have some robot related consultation.

9.所遇到的困難。(不熟、爭執、缺課、生病...)

9. The difficulties we meet. (unfamiliar、arguments、missed classes、sickness...)

A;沒到學校、因意見不合和隊友起爭執、隊友練球而缺課、受傷缺席。

A:Not coming to school, because the opinion does not gather with the teammate has the dispute, the teammate to practice a ball game is absent from class, is injured the absence.

10.如何解決困難?

10.How do we solve difficulties?

A:一開始先自己思考哪裡做錯,再改程式或改機體,如果不行再和隊友討論,最後若真的行不通就去請教老師。如果夥伴缺席,則趕快請其他成員代理其任務。

A:Where from the very beginning ponders to make the mistake first, then changes the program or changes organism, if is not good discusses again with the teammate, if finally really invalid consults teacher. If partner absence, then quickly asks other members to act its duty.

11.向外募集資金、資源。

A:我們曾經在園遊會募集資金、資源,也一起去各個商店募款,但是次數都不多,成果也有限。

A:I rarely go with the teachers to raise funds and resources.

12.參賽與活動的成長心得與經驗談。

12.Experince from robotic competitions and activities

A:體驗到有些夥伴不容易取得相同的意見,討論互動溝通上都有問題,讓我學習到和人相處不容易。有些同學太超過,不會體諒別人的感受,甚至會欺負夥伴,需要好好溝通與檢討。有些夥伴有時候不夠專注、沒有認真投入研究並且虛心受教,希望大家能好好相處,形成一個有向心力和默契的團隊,贏得比賽最終的勝利。

A:Experiences some partners not to be easy to reach the same opinion, in the discussion interaction communication has the question, lets me study and the human is together not easily. Some schoolmates too surpass, will not forgive others' feeling, will bully the partner, needs to communicate well and to examine. Some partners dedicated, earnestly have sometimes not put into the research, and listens to reason modestly, hoped that everybody can be together well, forms one to have the centripetal force and the tacit understanding team, wins the competition final victory.
