I am an Associate Professor at the School of Information and Communication Studies at Charles Sturt University (Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia). I graduated from the Department of Information Studies at UCL with a PhD in Information Science in April 2008. I am a member of the Libraries Research Group at CSU, a principal consultant of CIBER Research Ltd,, a life member of ISSI, and a member of the editorial board of Scientometrics, Journal of Informetrics, and Journal of Information Science.
