Elder Adok, futurologist and novelist
For years Elder Adok has written short pieces for local publication. The feedback he receives has honed an easy going voice, which has precision and power. He observes contemporary life, while developing a vision for the future. His writing is motivated by a passion to share that dream.
He was born in Africa, educated in Wessex, and has worked in the electrical power industry and voluntary sectors. This has given him a wide canvas on which to word-paint.
He uses Buffalo Future because he was once charged by a buffalo, and would have been killed save for the brave actions of a quick-witted hunter. As a futurologist, Elder Adok writes realistically and checks his ideas out with leaders in the field.
Thinking about the second half of C21 is a fascination which only really excites if the vision is thoroughly integrated.
