Nov 2023: A Japanese monograph on machine-learning-based molecular optimization has been published from Ohm-sha.
May 2023: "Biases in Evaluation of Molecular Optimization Methods and Bias Reduction Strategies" was accepted by ICML-23.
Aug 2022: "Classical Planning in Deep Latent Space" was accepted by JAIR and is now online.
Jan 2022: Contributed to a book chapter "Symbolic Reasoning in Latent Space: Classical Planning as an Example " in "Neuro-Symbolic Artificial Intelligence: The State of the Art".
Jan 2022: A preprint "Biases in In Silico Evaluation of Molecular Optimization Methods and Bias-Reduced Evaluation Methodology" is submitted to arXiv.
