Our lab is focused in the diversity of marine invertebrate development, evolution of metazoan development patterns, and body plan evolution in deuterostomes. We study the evolution and development of several non-model animals, such as Placozoa, Xenoturbella, and crinoids. For detailed information, please read the research projects page.
