· Brunswick Sardines

· Frozen Taro

· Sweet Potato

· Drumstick Leaves

· Tomato

· Onion

· Garlic

· Ginger

Cooking Procedure

· First, slice the Taro and Sweet Potato as vertical sticks and keep them in a bowl.

· Pour some oil in the saucepan and heat it.

· After heating the oil for almost two minutes, put sliced garlic, onion, and ginger in it and fry it for a few minutes.

· Once the onion turns slightly red in color, put the whole can of Sardines in it.

· Next, put the tomato in it and let it fry with the mixture.

· Next, put salt, pepper, and sugar in the mixture as per your taste.
