Please note:  If these CCRs updates do not pass, the HOA will not be in compliance with Washington State law.     Washington State law requires 66% of our homeowners to approve.  If we don’t get that, the City of PT would take over our HOA and fees and assessments will dramatically increase.  Your participation here is very important.
