I am a Post-doc in bioinformatics / cell biology at UC Berkeley (Tjian Darzacq Lab).

• Genome Assembly

• Biological macromolecules and their interactions

• Bayesian networks

• Modelling of complex systems

• Massively parallel programming ( CUDA, OpenCl)

Current projects:

• Meta Genomics assembly

• 3D localisation of transcription factors in the cell nucleus
