Access to the Hall: Via the pedestrian gate to the left of the main reception building ; the main hall will be on your left.

REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 9.00 A.M .

(We all need to be seated and ready to play at 9.30 a.m. sharp)

Morning Session (9:30 – 1:00)

• 9:30 – 10:05 → Symphony No. 1

• 10:05 – 10:50 → Symphony No. 2

• 10:50 – 11:10 → Break (20 mins)

• 11:10 – 12:05 → Symphony No. 3 (Eroica)

• 12:05 – 12:15 → Break (10 mins)

• 12:15 – 1:00 → Symphony No. 4

Afternoon Session (2:00 – 5:30)

• 2:00 – 2:50 → Symphony No. 5

• 2:50 – 3:00 → Break (10 mins)

• 3:00 – 4:00 → Symphony No. 6 (Pastoral)

• 4:00 – 4:20 → Break (20 mins)

• 4:20 – 5:00 → Symphony No. 7

• 5:00 – 5:30 → Symphony No. 8 

What to bring : Your instrument, Music Stand and Lunch. 

Refreshments available during the breaks but please bring your own lunch.

Please note that we may wish to use photographs taken during the day for future publicity and/or on the H.S.O. website. Please don't hesitate to let us know by email or on the day if you do not wish to be included in any photos.
