"No act of kindness, no matter now small, is ever wasted." Aesop
Most of us give of our time in some way. We may volunteer in a school, church, hospital, or in a civic club, but we may also volunteer in ways that we don't even realize. You may help care for a neighbor in need by running an errand for them, or by taking them to a doctor appointment. You may care for a neighbor's pet, or pick up their mail while they are away. Really anything you do for someone expecting nothing in return, counts as volunteerism.
Our group will be reporting the number of hours we volunteer to FREA. Please take a moment at each meeting to report the time that you have spent volunteering since our last meeting. You will find a white binder labeled "FREA Volunteer Hours Collection Forms" on the table by the sign in sheet to record your time. Thank you.
