ABOUT US:
My name is Laura Robison. Autumn and the harvest season is my favorite time of the year! I love the changing colors of fall, hayrides, crisp-cool air, fall photography, and of course pumpkins and everything pumpkins! One day I had a "heart idea" (an idea I felt in my heart and became passionate about)! I shared my desires to have a pumpkin patch in Taft for our community with my family and to them it was no surprise! My family became anxious to do this with me! It became our dreams day and night for several months! My dream was (and still is) to give our community and families who may not have the means to travel to other pumpkin patches, the experience and memories of pumpkin patch fun! Last year I felt I accomplished that and I am excited to do it again! I couldn't do it alone and would like to take a moment to thank family, friends, community members and businesses who helped make this possible! West Kern Oil Museum for allowing us to rent open space. Please see the special thanks page for more appreciations.
