2023-2024 Practice Schedule
Practice Locations: HDG Middle/High School (+), Multipurpose Room, 445 Lewis Lane & STAR Center (*), Small Gym, 700 Congress St
Practice Process: Training is intentionally delivered to meet experience levels of our wrestlers and advance them throughout the season
Practice Times: During the first two weeks of practices coaches will confirm practice days/times for wrestlers based on experience level

Mondays | 6:00-8:00 P.M. | Advanced (3 plus years of experience and ages 11 and older)+
Tuesdays | 6:00-7:00 P.M. | Clinic (ages 4, 5, and 6 years in their first year)*
Tuesdays | 7:00-8:30 P.M. | Novice (ages 6, 7, with 1-2 years experience and ages 8-10 in their first year)*
Wednesdays | 6:00-8:00 P.M. | Advanced (3 plus years of experience and ages 11 and older)+
Thursdays | 6:00-7:00 P.M. | Clinic (ages 4, 5, and 6 years in their first year*
Thursdays | 6:00-7:00 P.M. | Novice (ages 6, 7, with 1-2 years experience and ages 8-10 in their first year)*
Thursdays | 7:00-8:30 P.M. | Advanced (3 plus years of experience and ages 11 and older)*

General Practice Rules
Wear close fitting athletic clothing
Be in possession of water for water breaks
Wear wrestling shoes that were not worn outside prior to arriving
Bring and wear wrestling headgear
Please have closely trimmed fingernails
Do not wear earrings, nose rings, toe rings, jewelry, etc.
Have a mouth-guard for wrestlers wearing braces
