EDUCATION
I completed my Bachelor and Master degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh on 1995 and 1996, respectively. However, I got my PhD on 2007 from Department of Electronic and Photonic Systems Engineering, Kochi University of Technology (KUT), Japan under the supervision of Prof. Tadashi Narusawa.
CAREER
I started my career from a private company. One year later I backed to my own University and joined as an assistant programmer in the department of Applied Physics and Electronics. I promoted as a programmer four years later. However, as a academician I started my career on 2006. I joined as a lecturer in the department of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. At present, I am a professor in the same department.
I got the Special Scholarship Program (SSP) from Kochi University of Technology for PhD study and pursued my PhD between 2004 to 2007. Research assistant-ship was a port of job for SSP during in this period. Besides SSP, I got also JASSO for one year. After completing PhD, I backed to Bangladesh and joined at University of Rajshahi.
I worked as postdoctoral researcher at Soft and Wet matter Engineering Laboratory, Graduate School of Engineering, Yamagata University, Japan from June 2012 to March 2015. The chief of this lab was Prof. Hidemitshu Furukawa. To visit this lab click HERE.
INTERESTS
There is no specific interest but I like music during my free time. Playing a card is another passion especially auction bridge. I like to travel though I don't have enough money.
