We have nearly 8 acres of property which includes a playground and basketball courts. At this time there is no extra charge to use it. It comes as a bonus with your room rent. For outside weddings there will no use of the play ground by other groups during the actual wedding ceremony. We plan to develop this venue for outside weddings and there may be an additional charge at a latter time for outdoor weddings.
This is a large facility and may be used for multiple venues at the same time. We are set up to accommodate large venues at each end of the building with separate entryways as well as a central entryway. Large bathrooms are located in the center of the building and participants will be asked thru signage to stay in their own end of the building out of respect for the other venue.
You may decorate your room anytime prior to your event if there are no other scheduled events as long as it is prearranged with us.
For all venues/rooms we plan on having enough seating and tables for each room. At this time we do not have seating for outside venues except for about a dozen wooden park benches (green). For the larger venues you are responsible for setting up and taking down the tables and chairs. This can be done for you at an extra cost. You are responsible for picking up items that cannot be vacuumed and place them in provided trash cans.
We do not have nor will we be applying for a liqueur license. If alcohol beverages are to be served at your venue you must: sign a waiver of responsibility, have your venue insured for alcohol consumption. (This can usually be added to your homeowners insurance for a wedding) bring your own insured bartender. This must all be documented 10 days before your venue. We encourage you to drink responsibly and police your own party. We will not hesitate to call the Sheriff if there is a problem. This is our neighborhood. We want it to be safe for us and our neighbors! (And for you and your guests!)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. This is non-refundable within 60 days of a large venue. 30 days for small venues. The account must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the event. State law allows you 3 working days to cancel after you have signed your contract.
You may book an event within 10 days or less of the date but must be paid in full with cash at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Last minute bookings may be allowed if rooms are available and must be paid in full with cash. Depending upon the situation weekend bookings may be discounted to weekday rates. Call for details.
