Steel Mill Street Fair

Saturday May 18th, 10am-5pm (Rain date Sunday May 19th)

For year 45, the Bordentown Street Fair has a new name! Now being held about five minutes from the original festival site, the Bordentown Steet Fair has become the Steel Mill Street Fair at the Roebling Museum. With better parking, enhanced shopping, and more area for family fun, this festival is sure to be a hit!

Collingswood May fair

Sailfest

New Jersey's largest sailing festival is scheduled returning for another year! Join us in Island Heights along the beautiful Toms River. While shopping is only 10am-6pm, the fun continues until 10pm with food trucks and music. This weekend is always a beautiful one, so we hope you come by.

Festival of the Sea

The 46th annual Festival of the Sea in Point Pleasant Beach boasts over 250 crafters and vendors along Arnold Ave. They also offer a number of shuttle sites to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the entire festival. There is also plenty of food to help keep your energy up for the day.

Shamrocks by the Sea Irish Festival

Collingswood May fair

Spaning more than a mile along Haddon Ave, the 42nd annual May fair is always a hit. They have a KidZone, live music, antique and classic car show, multiple food courts, and even the farmers market will be open. With free street parking and the PATCO station just a block from the fair, there are plenty of ways to come enjoy the day in Collingswood.

Sailfest

Come to the Gilford Park Yacht Club's first annual Corks & Kegs event benefitting local law enforcement community programs. Beachwood Fireworks

Monday July 4th, 2022, starting at 5pm

Join us in our beautiful hometown of Beachwood, NJ, for one of the best fireworks displays of the Jersey Shore! Starting officially at dusk, there will be vendors and food trucks to entertain while waiting for the fireworks to start. Be sure to get there early to pick out your spot, because it fills up fast. Beach Plum Festival

We are excited to be close to home for a new event this year. While the Beach Plum Festival is not new for The Friends of Island Beach State Park, it is an event that we have visited as guests and wanted to be at as vendors for the past few years. Have you ever tasted a beach plum? Most people haven't unless they have been to this kind of event, but don't worry, they have different ways to try them including ice cream and jelly. In addition to the beach plum goodies, there are over 100 arts and crafts vendors, children's games, and non-profits. Located on Island Beach State Park in swimming area 1 pavilion, there is plenty of parking available and the beach remains open during the event.

Festival of the Sea

The Point Pleasant Beach Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 44th annual Festival of the Sea along Arnold and Bay avenues. This event boasts many local restaurants and vendors who offer seafood delicacies such as crab cakes, shrimp skewers, paella, soups and bisques, and more. Even if you don't like seafood, there is plenty of food for everyone. Along with all the food, there are hundreds of craft vendors and a stage set up in the municipal parking lot. We will be there with our table set up, so you might not smell the truck, but you'll see the same smiling faces!

Beachwood Fireworks

Join us in our hometown of Beachwood, NJ for one of the best fireworks displays on the Jersey Shore! Sunday, July 4th, we will be down on the Beachwood Beach with many others to celebrate Independence Day. With music from WOBM, face painting, and plenty of food, it will be a Sunday night to remember! Be sure to come out early to pick your spot and hang out with family and friends. The Collingswood Crafts and Fine Art Festival

The 15th annual Collingswood Crafts and Fine Art Festival is on! One of our favorite places to be is along Haddon Ave with all the other wonderful artists and vendors. Shamrocks by the Sea Irish Festival

Our nuts may be Bavarian, but with a name of Harrigan, we couldn't resist this Irish festival! Come join us in Seaside Park for the 4th annual Celtic Festival, sponsored by the Saint Patrick's Day parade committee. Entertainment includes Bally Haunis and the Shamrock and Thistle Pipe Band. They encourage attendees to bring chairs and abide by COVID 19 recommendations of social distancing and wearing masks.

Cranberry Fest, 2021

Come visit us at the 31st annual Cranberry Fest in Bordentown, NJ. This festival is one of the largest and oldest in all of New Jersey! They have plenty of fun for everyone in the family including a children's area, craft beer garden, and live music throughout the event. Collingswood will be bursting with art, music, and activities for all ages along the business district on Haddon Ave. Multiple stages of live music will feature blues, rock, folk and more. An antique & classic auto show add to the festival’s appeal. Children will have their day of fun in the “KidZone” featuring pony rides, carnival games, rides, and children-friendly crafters.

This is probably one of our favorite shows every year! Come join us on the Beachwood Beach on the 4th of July for the annual fireworks show. It is predicted to be a beautiful night with activities for the kids, music from a local radio station, and of course, lots of goodies to enjoy. Be sure to get there early, because it fills up fast. Cranberry Fest, 2019

October 5th and 6th, 11am-5pm

We are excited to be attending the Downtown Bordentown Association's annual Cranberry Festival in Bordentown City, NJ! This is the 30th year for this wonderful show and will feature, "over 150 crafters, artists, and vendors offering hand made, vintage, and upcycled items for the heart and home." It is free to attend and will have a Kid's Zone complete with bouncy houses to make sure the whole family can enjoy the day. This two-day festival also includes live music, free parking, free shuttle buses from 6 parking locations, and a "craft" beer garden. The whole family is sure to enjoy this wonderful event, but please take note: this is a service dog only event! We can't wait to see everyone there.

Waretown Haunted Hayride

October 18th and 19th, 2019 7pm-10pm

What could be better than a hayride in October? A haunted hayride! Enjoy the crisp October air as you take a 20 minute ride around the "haunted" Waretown Lake. Adults are $10 and kids under 12 are $8. You can also purchase express passes this year so that you don't have to wait in line! Their "Express Ghost Pass" is only $25. So come on by with your mittens and munchkins and get some delicious, warm glazed nuts. This is by far our spookiest event of the year.

Batsto Country Living Fair

October 20th, 2019 10am-4pm

Within the beautiful, historic Batsto village, the Country Living Fair has something for everyone. Their website states that, "[t]here will be crafts, exhibits, music, old-time engines & cars, food, antiques, pony rides, farm equipment, chain-saw art, quilting, and more." It will be a lovely autumn Sunday to spend walking around the village and snacking on some nuts. Hope to see you there.
