POLICY:
All payments must be paid ON OR BEFORE the first day of each month. If we have not received your payment by the fifth of the month, we will add a $10.00 late fee to the existing balance. We will also put one of our locks on your unit preventing you from having access until we receive your payment. After day 10, we can by law, sell or distribute the belongings in the unit in any way with or without sending you a notice. Though we can do this without sending you a notice, we generally will send a final notice and give you about a week to pay prior to selling the contents of your unit. If you have a boat, RV, or vehicle parked, we will put a boot on the wheel until we have received your payment in full.
