2/5/18 Info
If you have questions, please feel free to ask in the forums in MyOpenMath. Email or message me if you have personal questions. You may also always meet me in office hours T/Th from 1-1:50 pm in room 3622 on the Oceanside campus. I am here to help you succeed. Go for it!
If you haven't scheduled your appointment for Test 1, please do that assessment immediately. Testing dates are 2/9-2/15. Appointments fill up quickly, and appointments are required. If you haven't scheduled yours yet, note the longer you wait the less chance you will get the best date/time/place that works for you. I suggest you make all appointments for the semester now. Test 1 covers anything from the videos and packet problems and online problems associated with Q1-3. There is a review and Practice Test available in the Online Work folder, and I suggest you do those before taking Test 1. Also, make sure you read the Test and Practice Test info in the Test Info folder (along with the other info in that folder) so you understand how the online tests and grading works. Also, open the file under "Open for directions you'll get when you take test. The difference between the proctored and practice test is that the real test is timed, and proctor must put in a pw for you to open it. Familiarize yourself with this info by taking a practice test." so you'll see what you receive when you go in to take your test. You'll need to know your login and password for MyOpenMath when you take a test.
If you did not complete Q2 yet, use a late pass. Remember: If you open an assessment in review mode, no work is recorded or counted toward your grade. Everyone should be working on the videos and packet problems shown in Q3, which is due this Friday.
