If you will be out of the county during a test window, you must make arrangements directly with the APC to take the test elsewhere. It is entirely up to the student to take the initiative to do this, following their procedures, guidelines, and timeline to take the test during the test window dates. You must make arrangements for EACH test.
Click Here for all info provided by the APC to set up an appointment out of the county. You must work directly the APC, not me.
*If your class takes a paper/pencil test, this is how to have it returned to you via mail :Properly address and put 3 stamps on a large 9" by 11" envelope. See Click Here if you aren't sure how to address/stamp large envelopes. Write legibly in pen. At bottom of envelope, write which class you are in (Math 30 or Math 64, etc.) and write which test(s) to put in it--Test 1, Test 2, or Test 3. Hand to the proctor when you take your test or send to me at the address below. You MUST use the correct size envelope in order for me to send it to you. Tests generally do not fit in regular or business-size envelopes. Please follow these directions exactly.
If written materials for your class are required for grading, you may use the address below to send them to me. Materials must be postmarked no later than the due date, and must reach me within 2 days of the due date. I suggest written materials be sent before the due date to insure it reaches me on time. Using Priority Mail boxes/envelopes with correct postage may work best if you are sending a lot of pages. If you want graded materials returned via Priority Mail, send your address, the correct Priority Mail stamp, and which box/envelope to use. The other option is to scan your written materials as one document and email to me.
