Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Management and Organization at University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

I study the strategy of young entrepreneurial firms in technology-intensive industries. In particular, my research focuses on the interorganizational relations of young entrepreneurial firms; how associated organizations such as venture capital firms, alliance partners and customers affect strategy formulation and performance of the young firms. I primarily use quantitative methods with diverse identification strategies.
