Dr. Hao Lan is Associate Professor of Economics at the Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China.
His main research focuses on the time-series analysis of food scanner datasets, which has led to publications in leading international journals in the field of food and agricultural economics and industrial organisation.
His second research area is energy and macroeconomics, in which methodology is also a central focus.
He is also experienced in the use of Stata, EViews, and R.
