• Meetings are a REQUIRED part of membership in NHS.  If you are going to miss a meeting, you will need to e-mail the secretary with the reason. This is just noted, it does not excuse the absence. All absences count as missed meetings. 

•  Meeting dates are published well in advance, so you can arrange your schedule to attend.

• Students who miss more than THREE meetings will be placed on probation.  Students who miss four or more meetings may be removed from the society.  Note: If there are extraordinary circumstances, the officers may elect to grant some leeway on removal from the society.  In such circumstances, school administration will be invited to comment.
