ANCIENT MARTIAL ARTS OF NOBILITY
The mixed martial arts are the most comprehensive systems in the world. Its study integrates the mental and physical disciplines in such a way to enable the student to realize their full potential.
The CMAC - Martial Arts Center is under the direct supervision of nationally acclaimed martial artist Master Chuck Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez, a Hanford native, began his training at a young age.
From the age of 10 years old Mr. Sanchez' father was a salesman in San Diego where he was first introduced to the martial arts of Hawaiian Kempo from a personal friend of his father. His father later enrolled him in a Tang Soo Do Karate school. After graduating from high school he enrolled in college and shortly after was drafted into the military service. Because his father and mother's brothers fought in World War II, he felt obligated to his country, the United States of America, to enlist in the service also. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and fought in Vietnam in 1966 and in 1968 served the remainder of his duty in the Philippines where he studied under Grandmaster Lito Lanada in the Kuntaw System where he was introduced to Full Contact Kickboxing and Eskrima. Mr. Sanchez was offered to attend Officer Candidate School but instead elected to be honorably discharged.
On returning home from military duty he continued his martial arts studies in Shotokan under Master Kuriyama, Salim Gung Fu Five Family Animal System under Sifu Ark Wong, Shou Shu under Master Al Moore. Mr. Sanchez then came across the Martial Art of Hwa Rang Do and continued his studies under Supreme Grandmaster Dr. Joo Bang Lee until 2010 and continued studies with Grandmaster Yum, Ki Nam East Coast Headquarters.
While teaching different martial arts, we also are a charter school of Doce Pares Eskrima under Master Leonilo "Nilo" Baron, Kuntaw Kickboxing and fitness kickboxing.
