This customer owned a rental property with tired looking kitchen
A new worktop and a lick of paint and it was ready to go back on the
market.

This customer needed to define the outdoor space at the front of their
house. Sorting the drainage, removing an ugly tree stump and providing
a nice even surface, they now have an outdoor area for patio dining furniture, and extra seating disguised as a retaining wall made out of
railway sleepers. Party time!

This customer needed a solution for a bath/shower
that is in an akward position...
And here it is:-
Adding a stud wall at the end of the bath, there is now somewhere for a shower door to safely hang, keeping the floor from getting too slippery and keeping a neat look to the finished bathroom.
Remember blustery days in January 2012? ....Only a handful of tiles needed replacing on this roof. All fixed now.
