In addition to being a word junkie, a lover of distant places, and seeker of truth, I’m a Program Manager with extensive experience leading multiple engineering programs for customer release. Additionally, I have been an API Technical Writer and Manager with expertise in front-end web design, online help system architecture, online tutorials and workshops, as well as user interface advocacy.

I thrive at the intersection where human nature, technology, and media meet. My passion is to create innovative customer experiences that drive powerful business results.

I am somewhat of a geeky kind of girl. I love to explore how new technologies contribute to a better user experience. However, I'm not a developer.

I'm most proud of my ability to understand what's in people's mind by observing what they do and how they do it. I am capable of translating these observations into useful customer releases and understandable documentation that aids in problem solving.

I believe in working with others because most of the time groups of people that are trying to solve a problem find better solutions working together than going off each on their own.
