By law, the seller must provide a resale certificate to the buyer. By law, HHHA has 10 days to prepare the resale certificate upon request of the seller, giving the association time to prepare the document and attachments.

$45 is the current cost for a resale certificate. It is paid as part of the closing costs when you sell the house. It is paid to “HHHA.”
