Aah, that was fun! As predicted, I got some ideas with regard to where to take certain plot bits. Expect to see some progress updates relatively soon! Its been three weeks (or so), and it finally feels like I'm on an actual break. I swear, I still wake up worrying about classes, some days, though. Anywho, enough yakking! Time to write!

I, admittedly, haven't been putting as much effort into my writing as I'd have liked. My general schedule got pretty screwed during this past semester, and its taken a while to get into a more break-like rhythm, again. Combine that with a site that is quite important to me going down, and trying to organize a rebuilding effort, and I've been more than a little distracted.
However! I am not giving up. My fiancee has this week off, and while we won't be going anywhere for a vacation-style thing (we're saving up for a house and any wedding expenses we've left to cover), our week's gonna be a bit...full. However, I do plan on using that time to devote some of my newfound mental energy towards plotting story whatnot. I have some ideas about where I'm taking things, I just need to get them fleshed out a bit more before I commit them to (digital) paper. Onward!

The Sleepening is over, folks! I have recovered the requisite energy and am beginning my writing in earnest. Typically, I work on my fics simultaneously; I get ideas for one, I go ahead and write 'em down, lest I forget. However, I do try not to update a single fic twice in a row, if I can help it. I prefer to give each of them a chance for some update-love. Currently, I'm doing some work on Chapter Four of Interrupta Vitae, but I'm also continuing work on a...project of mine. When its done, I'll show it off to you guys! But, for now, I must continue my writings!

FINALS. ARE. DONE! Oh, thank god. I'm pretty damned wrecked from this semester; I honestly think it screwed with my sleep schedule. Like, seriously, I've been exhausted for freaking weeks. But, for better or worse, it be over and I've got a nice, long break ahead of me with very little to do! Well, except writing (both words and code) and playing the vidja games, of course. Keep an eye on them progress bars, folks! They, uhh, might be getting upgrades, soon. I didn't tell ya that, though!

The first of my final examinations is over! I'm kind of sad that this will be the last Latin class I take for a long while; I really enjoyed reading the works of the likes of Catullus, Ovid, and Martial. Alas. I have one more final on Friday, and I need to actually study for that one, and that will likely take up what's left of my time, this week. Once that's over, though, I have no more exams and, for better or worse, I'm free! I might need a day or two of sleep to rebuild myself, as it were, lol. This semester has worn me out...more than a little bit. At least its almost over!
