What started off as a class website where I posted material for my students has evolved into a website that may help other teachers and students!
Ryan Gunstenson was born, raised and educated in Regina. He graduated from the Faculty of Science (mathematics) in 2006 and the Faculty of Education (chemistry) in 2008 at the University of Regina. In 2013, he received his Master’s degree in educational administration through the University of Saskatchewan. In 2020, he received his Master's in mathematics through the University of Waterloo. From 2008-2023, he was a practicing teacher in Herbert Saskatchewan. Since 2024, he has been instructing at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Moose Jaw.
Mr. Gunstenson has always been active in his school and community. He has coached various levels of basketball, baseball, and soccer (ages 5 – college level), contributed to the maintenance and upkeep of local parks, and he continues to support the arts in education as he is an avid musician. In addition, he has volunteered for numerous organizations including: Herbert Minor Ball, Herbert Volunteer Firefighter Department, the local youth group, the local recreation center, Canadian Cancer Society, KidSport, and Telemiracle.
Mr. Gunstenson was hired to Herbert School, Chinook School Division, in 2008. During that time, his teaching load included:

Mr. Gunstenson, his wife (Shawne), and his three children (Aesa, Linken, and Dexler) are residents of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
