Monday – Thursday Weekday Reservations:
$165.00 per day for up to 2 guests. Additional guests (above 2 people) are $55 a night.
Weekends: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (All 3 nights are required):
$165.00 per day for up to 2 guests - $495 minimum. Additional guests (above 2 people)
are $55 a night. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday must be paid for even if you take more days
on either side of Friday or Monday. Note: this means you can stay as long as you like on
Sunday or depart on Monday by 11 AM.
Day Guest:
There is a $40.00 charge (per person) for DAY GUEST (a guest that comes for any part of
the day/evening but does not stay overnight).
Linen Fee:
Guests are highly encouraged to provide their own linens (sheets, towels, and pillowcases). Pillows and blankets will be furnished. If guests cannot furnish linens, a $35.00 charge per cabin will be added for the use of linens. For large groups of 5 or more a $45.00 fee will be charged per cabin. Linens can be found in the cabins. All guests will make their own beds. Sleeping bags used on top of spreads will trigger the linen charge as the spreads will need to be washed. If the cabin is left excessively dirty, please leave an extra cleaning fee.
Minimum Nights:
June – August there is a 3-night minimum for weekends & weekday rentals.
Spring, Fall & Winter a 2-night minimum for weekday rentals and 3 night minimum for weekends.

AGREEMENT on or before arriving.

A guest includes infants, children, and adults.
A 6% hotel tax will be charged.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. The cabin will be open and ready for you. Just follow the signs to the cabins, make sure you know if your reservation is for Ragsdale House, Log Cabin, or Bunkhouse. Someone will come by to make sure everything is in good order and collect the guest numbers sheet and signed waivers. We will settle the final payment before your departure day.
Deposits
A deposit of $165.00 per day is required. Therefore a $495.00 deposit for a 3-night stay is required. Cash or checks only (made out to Cypress Acres Ranch). No debit or credit cards. Mail to:

Cancellation:
If reservations are canceled with 90 days or more notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If reservations are canceled with less than 90 days’ notice, no deposit will be refunded. Any reservation changed with less than 90 days’ notice will be handled as a cancellation. The exception is if the cancelled reservation date is filled. The deposit will be refunded or applied to the new reservation except for a $100.00 handling charge.
Do not go near the cattle or horses.
Swim at your own risk.
Absolutely no diving into the creek.
Pets are not allowed without prior consent. Pet owners are responsible for any damages to property or stock caused by their pet. A $25 per day/night dog fee will apply to all dogs no matter the size, regardless of whether the dog stays the night.
Swimming in crystal-clear Cypress Creek ( snorkeling and fishing where permitted. Fishing is prohibited in the main swimming hole; catch-and-release everywhere else )
Hiking, birding, picnics, horseshoes, just relaxing without TV!
Fresh eggs for sale at the office when available - $4.00 per dozen.
WIFI available by the main house, ask owners for access.
Short drive to downtown Wimberley, and other stores for supplies.
Contrary to the norm, "one day" constitutes either
12:00 Midnight to 12:00 Midnight
2:00 PM until Midnight on the arrival date and Midnight until 11:00 AM on the reserved departure date
The total number of extra guest for each "day" will be charged the daily fee. A guest staying only one day will be counted that day and a guest staying one night will be counted two days, and so on.
