Main hall

Spacious, light and airy, the main hall is a large open space with good acoustics that allows for a variety of event layouts. 6ft trestle tables and comfortable stacking chairs are supplied.  The stage is fully equipped for theatre performances, with stage lighting, curtains and a baby grand piano. With a wheelchair lift, the stage is also fully accessible. 

Meeting room

The meeting room is a comfortable space that can be booked separately from the main hall, with independent access via the side door and its own toilet facilities. It is perfect for small meetings and presentations, with blackout blinds and a large plain wall that can be used for projection. Two tables and eight comfortable chairs are provided as standard, with additional chairs available as required. 

Kitchen

With industrial stainless steel catering equipment, the hall kitchen is equipped with a six ring Lincat electric cooker with double-size oven, a large hot cupboard, two  fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave and water boiler, as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses and lots more.

Audio-visual equipment and wifi

Free wifi is available throughout the hall, making it easy for guests, presenters and organisers to stay connected during all kinds of events. 

Standard audio-visual equipment

This equipment can be made available for most bookings. Please let us know your requirements when you book your event.

• Bluetooth speaker

Ideal for background music, quizzes, presentations, speeches and announcements. Easy to use and suitable for a wide range of community and private events.

• Data projector and screen
  Perfect for presentations, training sessions, talks and film screenings. The projector can be connected to a laptop or other device with an HDMI output. A 15-metre HDMI cable can be booked too.

Professional audio-visual equipment

We also have professional equipment available for film, theatre, music and stage productions. Use of this equipment is subject to an appropriately trained operator being present. Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements and equipment availability.

•  Mixing desk

Provides professional control of microphones, music and other audio sources, making it suitable for performances, concerts and productions. The unit also includes a CD player, and a DVD blu‑ray player.

•  Stage lighting desk

Provides control of the hall's stage lighting system, helping to create the right atmosphere for theatre productions, live music events and other performances.
