The Club started in 2008 in the historic town of Gulgong, when a few guys found they had a shared interest in old motorcycle. They started to meet on a Tuesday night and started to work on motorycle, then they decided to create a vintage motorcycle club. One of the guys wife created a logo, which we still use today, and there was a small swap meet on the property of one of the town locals which the same wife made up a brief flyer to hand out for anyone interested in motorcycles and who may want to join. 

The Club started to grow and more motorcycle were bought in to be worked on and restored. The Club then started to organize rides, and started a 2 day event on the October long weekend, with people arriving on Friday and leaving on Monday, with another club from the Sydney area attending the event and camped on the Presidents property just on the edge of Gulgong, with a ride to Coolah to the Greeks for a BBQ lunch and to check out his large collection of motorcycles, and back to the Presidents for a bonfire, dinner and live music. With shorter rides arranged for the Sunday. 

One of the members suggested a swap meet, whith the first 2 swap meets held on the Presidents property and was a huge success, and the decision was made to move the swap meet to the local show ground, each year the swap meet continues to grow in size.

Another main event that was decided on was our Ballimore Poker Run, which raises money for mens health, it was hel on the January long weekend, which proved to extremely hot, so was decided to be moved to the October long weekend, which was better riding weather. One of our very helpful members,  John Miller lost his battle with cancer on the 31st December 2011 and was a regular at the Ballimore Inn (which later changed the name to Hair of the Dog Inn) and we decided to change the name of the poker run to the John Miller memorial poker run in his honor.
