Schedule of Events / Booth Setup / Booth Tear Down
Conference dates are:
Wednesday, January 28th (1/2 day pm)
Thursday, January 29th (full day)
Friday, January 30th (1/2 day am)
Vendors may begin setting up at 9:30 AM on the opening day of the conference. Attendee registration will begin promptly at 12:30 PM on the first day. The closing session ends at approximately 12:30 on the last day of the conference. Tear down of your booth must be completed by then.
Vendor Order Forms
Your vendor sponsorship fee includes the designated number of standard 8-foot skirted table(s) and trash can. If you require additional services, including electricity, you must order directly from the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. You may complete the order by completing their online order form at https://www.savconventioncenter.com/exhibitors/. You will be charged a great deal more if you order in another matter or within 5 days of the conference.
Please get your orders in ASAP.
Vendor booths will be down the hallways in front of the break-out session rooms on the first level. This is a carpeted area, so there will be no need for ordering carpeting, as you might be expected to do in an exhibit hall with concrete floors.

NOTE: If you wish to ship after the conference, please make sure you have the outgoing label for your respective carrier as we do not carry them. You will need to package up your belongings, attach your label, and call in for a pick-up.
Once completed, you will need to take your freight to the Rotunda where the convention center will have a Security Officer to check it in during move-out. He will make sure all of the above has been completed before accepting the shipment.
