Bronze Vendor Registration - $1,200 Includes 1 table, 2 attendees plus meals/snacks, 1 sales presentation, website recognition, digital signage and choice of additional vendor promotion.
Vendor Promotion* includes choice of having your logo on one of the following: Breakfast Sponsor OR Refreshment Break Sponsor OR other promotional item for attendee bags.
Certain promotional items may not be available for sponorship after December 15th.
Additional attendees will cost $250 per person.
Platinum Vendors receive first choice of booth selection. If there are multiple Platinum Vendors, they will select their booth of choice based on the order of registration/fee payment. Gold, Silver and Bronze vendors will be provided a designated vendor booth.
Included tables are 8-foot tables.
Fee for additional 8-foot tables is $150 per table.
Utilities are billed separately via Convention Center Exhibitor Utility Orders. Please visit the convention center website http://www.savtcc.com where you can receive the advanced (discounted) rate.
All orders that are faxed/mailed or ordered on the show floor will receive the floor rate.

Vendor Attendee Registration Instructions
Each vendor representative attending the conference must be registered in order for meals to be arranged.
Please register all attendees using the group registration function in our registration software.
FIRST FLOOR MAP
First floor vendor booths are identified by 1-1 through 1-9 (floor - booth number).
SECOND FLOOR MAP
Second floor vendor booths are identified by 2-1 through 2-10 (floor - booth number). The RETAIL booth is reserved for the registered retail vendor.
