Club hall seats up to 100 people
There is a $100.00 Deposit for standard rentals such as Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Jack & Jill’s etc. that have Entertainment provided by a DJ or a Band. A deposit of $200.00 is required for rentals with ADULT Entertainment such as Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties, Stags, Jack & Jill’s. Please note, Special requirements apply to these rentals.
Kitchen facilities do not include the use of Plates, Silverware or Pots and Pans.
Grounds do not include the use of the Boat Launch, Picnic Area or the Small Pond.
Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any Breakage or Destruction to the Club Property.
Renters must carry Homeowners, Renters or Personal Liability Insurance.
Hall and Club premises are to be left in the same condition as presented at the time of the rental.
All Trash is to be deposed of in the Dumpster provided outside of the Building.
Note: Bands, DJ's, Music and other entertainment that will accompany the Hall Rental must be contained Inside of the Hall.
