The contract above was for Colin Chamley's Band to appear at Embassy Ballroom Skegness in 1956.

The rate of £16.5.0 (£16.25) was the official musicans union rate of the day for a 6 piece band.

They also had to make their way from Grimsby to Skegness with all their instruments and equipment.
