DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS August 14th

RUSH WEEK - is happening during 3rd block on August 18 - 21 during 3rd block in the Bowling Alley. Different Clubs and Activities will be highlighted each day. Come find your perfect fit at GHS!

Kick off Your year with GHS DECA on August 20th in the theater; doors open at 7:30 am. Come find all about DECA, upcoming events and how to get involved!

SENIORS:

If you had Ms. Roddy or Dr. J. Adkins during your freshman year and wrote a Letter to Your Senior Self, your letter is ready to be picked up!

Stop by Room 1114 WITH TEACHER PERMISSION to pick up your letter between Thursday, August 13 and Wednesday, August 19.

Please do not leave class without your teacher’s permission.

Academic Team will begin meeting on Wednesday, August 19. We will meet immediately after school from 3:30 until 4:30 in Mr. De La Rosa's room (4105). If you have never done it before, speak with Mr. De La Rosa if you are interested in joining.

The first Blood Drive is coming up...August 25, 2026!!!!! Be on the lookout for out for flyers, further announcements and sign-up sheets. Held in CTE / Health Science classrooms 5100/5111

The first Interact Club meeting (for old members only) will be Wednesday, Aug. 19 at 7:40 AM in room 4112. If you cannot make the meeting time, please see Mrs. Hendricks beforehand.
