DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS September 3rd

ALL FCCLA Members & Potential Members, please make sure you are connected on our Remind Group and with our Socials. If you are not, the QR codes for both are outside Mrs. Fitts Room 2133 & Mrs. Clarks Room 3122 and you can scan to join. Also, we have posted a Signup Genius to get signed up to help with all of our Home Coming Activities. We want all of our members to participate in something: Homecoming Festival, Parade or Game for Alumni Presentation.

Feel free to reach out to Mrs. Fitts or Mrs. Clark with any Questions. 

GHS we need your help! We have been asked to help stock the Sumner Resource Center with kids toothbrushes and kids toothpaste. If you could please bring those items to Ms. Flowers' room (5111) before September 18th, we could make sure our families have what they need. THANK YOU!!!

The LIBRARY is now OPEN DURING LUNCH! Eat first, then grab a lunch pass from the principals' table, and bring your ID!

9/3/2026- World Language Club is meeting today after school from 3:15-4:30 in Room 2228. We are meeting to discuss future club dates as well as homecoming plans.

Writer's Club will have our first official meeting on Friday, September 18 at 7:40 in Room 1111. This club is open to anyone who enjoys any type of writing. You can join us to share your stories, or join us to listen to others. Please see Mrs. Doss in Room 1111 to get your club participation form. Hope to see you there!

Ag students and FFA members! We will be having our first Chapter Meeting on Sept 9th after school from 3:30 - 5:00 in Ms. Lacy’s room 3123. We will be decorating the FFA Float for the Homecoming Parade. If want to be in the parade with us please come to the chapter meeting and tell Ms. Lacy. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Chapter Meeting.

Please bring National Honor Society dues to Ms. Hart (room 4111) as soon as possible.

The next Interact Club meeting will be Wed. Sept. 9 at 7:40 AM in room 4112.

September 8 - 11: Homecoming Dance Tickets must be purchased from Mrs. Allen in room 1109 during lunch (3rd block). This year tickets will be $5. Tickets will not be sold at the door! Only students that attend GHS or other SCS high schools may attend. Mrs. Allen will have guest forms as well.

PowderPuff: If you are interested in participating in the PowderPuff football game Homecoming morning you need to pick a packet up from Mr. Jablecki this week in room 2232.

Please bring your HOSA dues to Ms. Flowers' room by Tuesday September 8th :-)

Football Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 12th from 6-9PM. More information about ticket sales will be coming closer to the dance. 

Join the Gallatin HS Swim Team! Tryouts are September 8-9 at 3:45-4:30 at Civic Center.  Season runs from Mid Sept to the end of Jan. Beginner friendly!
